How A waterproof Box is manufactured out

How a customized waterproof box is made out? 

1st,  , we will build up 3D drawings as below pic shows.


2nd, when the drawing is approved by customer, we will go ahead making out molds as below pic shows.  
  

3rd, when the molds are finished, we will put it in the injection machine making out first article samples.
4th,  when the sample is approved by customer, production of half-finished plastic parts will be arranged.


5th, once the plastic lid, body, latch are finished, they will next be assembled, packed.

6th, once the assembly of the waterproof box is done, they are piled for inspection and shipment.
