Boxplus warrants our waterproof boxes against a material or workmanship defect for one year period counting from the ship date. Boxplus is not responsible for all the other boxes that were not produced by us but similar to ours. When a warranty request received in the valid warranty period, Boxplus will (1) repair the products for you using new parts, (2) replace the defect box with a new one. And all the cost happens during transportation will be of our charge.
When the warranty compensation is requested, we will need you to prove the claim is valid. In this case, we may ask you to send us a video of how the box failed to function or you could return your product to us for verification, meanwhile you will be requested to send a copy of the signed Purchase Order of the box, or provide any other proof to allow us to determine the validity of warranty.
For improving quality for you and our future customers, please understand that we need your feedback and comments on how do you wanna the box to be improved, and if you could return the defective box to us that will be greatly appreciated.
We are trying to offer the best warranty to all of our honorable customers, and we want to provide unsurpassed customer service, but there’s always unexpected abuse of this warranty so they forced us to inconvenience you on a valid warranty claim.
We reserve the right to pursue the few who abuse our warranty policy, up to and include legal action.
