What's the real romance? What's the real closeness? Now, we epress our emotions, our affections to our family, our friends, our partners more and more by social medias.
When's the last time you kiss your partner good night? When did your parents see you in personal but not through the Skype last time? The grandchildren call and skype with their grandparents instead of meeting them.
How many times have you expected your partner put down that iPad or iPhone to have a talk with you before going to sleep?
Real communication between us becomes less and less, the text in the message can not warm our heart, can not increase the intimacy between you.  But we forget how beautiful the oldest romance, the face to face smile, the eye to eye look are.

 First, put your phone out of your bedroom, buy yourself an traditional alarm clock.
 Second, when you get home after work, spend more time with your family, but not your phone
 Third, have more trips with your family in weekends, to enjoy the real world, the fall, the amazing natural world.
 Forth, date your close friends more, and while you are with them, don't hold your phone in your hand, and look at it every 3 minutes.
 Fifth, go to see your parents, the grandparents need to share their memories and wisdom with their grandchildren.
